The Episcopal Survivors Network is a non-profit coalition of abuse survivors and allies. We are an entirely volunteer organization.

As part of our effort to ensure all have a seat at the table, we avoid a traditional non-profit structure with an executive director and other official leaders. Instead, we follow a Quaker model of consensus-building, in which we strive for an overall sense of the community.

Of course, this means that sometimes it takes time to come to a decision. And while we may have members who do not agree with a particular decision or outcome, we are united in our care and respect for each other.

We are based in Bethesda MD, with several key members in Manhattan and Alexandria Virginia. Over time, this likely will change as more become involved.
